Where We Do Mold Removal: Shreveport, Bossier City & the Ark-La-Tex
We handle mold and water damage calls across Shreveport and Bossier City and the towns around them in Caddo, Bossier and northern DeSoto Parish, all at the same prices. Each town below has its own page with the problems we hear about most there. If your address is not listed, call (318) 666-4874 and ask; further out in the Ark-La-Tex, larger jobs can often be arranged.
Shreveport and Bossier City
Shreveport. The city itself, from the older historic districts such as South Highlands, built mostly between 1900 and 1949, out to newer subdivisions. Raised houses, bathrooms, attics and AC systems all come up. Start with mold removal in Shreveport.
Bossier City. Across the Red River on the east bank, home to Barksdale Air Force Base, with plenty of rentals and moves between tenants. See mold removal in Bossier City.
Towns in Bossier Parish
Haughton. The parish's second-largest town after Bossier City, east of the city. AC closets, attics over bathrooms and crawl spaces are the usual calls. See mold removal in Haughton.
Benton. The parish seat since 1888, north of Bossier City, where raised houses over damp soil often lead to crawl space jobs. See mold removal in Benton.
Towns in Caddo Parish outside Shreveport
Blanchard. About ten miles northwest of downtown Shreveport and the second-largest town in the parish. Storm-soaked attics and crawl spaces lead the list. See mold removal in Blanchard.
Greenwood. Around fifteen miles west of downtown, on the western edge of the metro area. Crawl spaces, AC systems and rental turnovers. See mold removal in Greenwood.
Keithville. An unincorporated community south of Shreveport along U.S. Route 171, where permits for repair work generally go through the parish. See mold removal in Keithville.
Northern DeSoto Parish
Stonewall. South of Shreveport and growing, from about 1,800 people in 2010 to about 2,270 in 2020, so newer homes sit alongside older raised ones. See mold removal in Stonewall.
Same process and prices everywhere we go
Wherever the house is, the work is split the same way: an independent assessor inspects and tests, and a separate remediation contractor does the removal, because Louisiana does not allow one company to do both on the same property. There is no extra charge for the towns above; the ranges on the cost page apply across the whole area.
Prices on this page are estimates from previous work. We cannot quote an exact price. The actual cost can be lower or higher depending on the job. The person who knows is the professional who will do the work. You get a written quote after we see the house.
